Our client is responsible for cleaning a very large office building in the City of London.

40% of all hours spent in their contract pertain servicing the 135 meeting rooms in the building. A large part of those hours are not spent on doing any cleaning, but merely visually inspecting the rooms looking for things that may need to be reset or cleaned.

By deploying Pego Sense across the 135 meeting rooms, the client can move towards servicing meeting rooms exclusively based on requirements identified by the Pego Pods, eliminating 100% of visual inspection of meeting rooms.

If (conservatively) this saves 45% of the hours currently spent inspecting, resetting, and cleaning meeting rooms, the hardware investment will be paid back in less than 12 months.
