Private offices were cleaned three times per week, but some clients expected daily cleaning and often complained.
To address this, a Pego QR code was placed in each office, and a new schedule was implemented: all offices now receive one weekly clean by default, with additional cleans available upon request via the QR code.
Most clients are satisfied with weekly cleaning, so the introduction of Pego Pulse significantly reduced the cleaning hours required to maintain the centre clean. The few tenants that prefer to have a daily clean can get it, eliminating their reason to complain.
